Hopefully many of you have already received your invitation to our first fish fry! I grew up attending events like this with my family and it was always a great opportunity to share a meal with friends and other community members. I hope you will join us to see why we are bringing this event to 42B!

This fish fry feed will include Red Lake walleye and Minnesota-harvested wild rice (some of it harvested by my dad and me!). The meal will be prepared by my friends from the Minnesota Chippewa Tribe volunteer crew.

There will be good food and good company! We have invited Sen. Bev Scalze, Rep. Jason “Ike” Isaacson, Rep. Barb Yarusso, and Congresswoman Betty McCollum. This event is also family friendly with a playground nearby.
