PRESIDENT OBAMA ENDORSES JAMIE BECKER-FINN FOR MINNESOTA HOUSE DISTRICT 42B
WASHINGTON —Today President Barack Obama endorsed Jamie Becker-Finn in her race for Minnesota House District 42B. Jamie is among a select group of state legislative candidates from around the country to be endorsed by the President. District 42B encompasses Little Canada, Vadnais Heights, Gem Lake and portions of Roseville and Shoreview.
This contest has caught national attention due to Jamie Becker-Finn’s impressive commitment to public service, including her work as a prosecutor specializing in domestic violence cases.
“We are thrilled that President Obama is endorsing our candidates in some of the most competitive races across the country,” said Jessica Post, Executive Director of the Democratic Legislative Campaign Committee. “His endorsement highlights how crucial state legislative elections are to building on the progress the President has achieved and to continuing to move our nation forward.”
